THE SAINT FOR SCHOOLS – Educational Paths
Academic year 2025/2026

The Basilica offers a unique opportunity to enrich the educational journey of children and young people through educational paths specifically designed for schools of all levels (from kindergarten to high school).

Accompanied by the team of friars and educators from the “Pastoral of Art” and immersed in the evocative atmosphere of this ancient place, students will embark on a journey that goes beyond a simple visit. Through guided and interactive paths, they will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore art and architecture: From the magnificence of the naves to the delicacy of the frescoes, every element of the Basilica becomes a lesson in art history, allowing students to understand styles, techniques, and symbols from different eras.
  • Deepen the history and traditions: The Basilica is an open book on the history of our territory and the events that shaped it. It will be an opportunity to discover prominent figures, crucial events, and traditions that still animate the life of the community today.
  • Understand the spiritual and cultural significance: Beyond the artistic and historical aspects, the paths aim to encourage students to reflect on the value of the Basilica as a place of faith, encounter, and expression of human culture, promoting respect for both religious and civil heritage.

The Saint for Schools

Our paths are tailored to the educational needs and age of the students, with offerings ranging from creative workshops to thematic deep-dives. We offer expert guides and specific educational materials to make the experience engaging and meaningful.
